I have designed guided journals for an organization called Time Out for Women for several years. These journals are marketed to women who want to strengthen their knowledge in different religious topics and practice it in their own lives.
Both journals are about 75 pages long and combine my love of layout with handlettering and custom illustration. They are currently being sold online and have been successful products for Deseret Book.
Working with the 3in30 podcast brand to execute their vision of creating this 3-year journal for moms was a delight. From creating the logo, laying out each page, illustrating each monthly mindfulness tip, and finally helping to select the finishes and packaging. I love to design practical items for women that bring them joy and meaning.
WellQuest Living is a luxury senior living brand with communities across California. Being able to create the branding for them and then continuing to work with them to create all the collateral, signage, advertisements, etc. for their communities has been an ideal as I’ve been able to fully realize this brand.
Mad Dog Cycles is a locally owned bike shop carrying the top brands of bicycles for all levels. Redesigning the branding for Mad Dog Cycles was pitch work that was never fully realized. I cleaned up their brand with a custom illustrative logo but kept their previous color scheme for continuity.
I was offered the opportunity to create the branding and materials for a new online community that creates content for Latter-day Saint women.
Materials shown are the The Share Him: Guided Study Journal, Faith Talks Conversation cards, and The Remembered Journal with eight designed sections.

Designed to help you plan, prepare and organize gospel teaching in the home, Gospel Day by Day is a concept that I was able to design from the ground up starting with the logo and branding to creating a large 415 page workbook divided into 52 weeks of study. There are spaces to journal and record thoughts and impressions along with teaching plan pages and weekly scripture phrase pages.
The brand also includes a correlating children’s workbook and youth workbook and social media accounts.
Powerco Solar wanted to find new ways to bring more name recognition to their company. By targeting a new app to college students, they have an easy way to pay users for their referrals. Being in charge of the creative strategy and design, I wanted to find something catchy to build the campaign around that would appeal to this demographic.
An apocalyptic magazine preparing doomsayers for the end of the world.
The End was born from the ambition to create a satirical and fun project that pushed my style in a new direction. I found combining illustrations and grunge typography was the right style for this topic.
Mango Media is a video agency located in Provo, Utah. Mango’s rapidly growing business lacked a concrete brand and needed new creative to build staying power and reach more audiences.
They wanted their brand to be playful and practical to match the owners’ personalties but modern enough to communicate their contemporary videography style.
